Services
Community Kitchen
Adult Community Kitchen serves a
nutritionally balanced meal to adults. These
meals are served Monday – Friday at 11:30
a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Claytor Library
Library Services are available at the Archer A.
Claytor Library, which is located in the lower
level of the Center. Claytor's African Heritage
Collection is known throughout the region.
The library staff will be happy to assist you
with research projects and reference
materials.
Kids Café
Kids Café serves a nutritionally balance
meal to youth ages 17 and under.  
These meals are served  Monday – Friday,
3:30 – 4:30 p.m.  Summer Day Camp
Program: 12 – 1:00 p.m.
Food Bank of Eastern Michigan
Food Distribution each Wednesday
8:00 –11:00 a.m
Pre School
SISD Headstart offers a pre-school
program for children ages 2½ to 5,
Enabling low-income families, to attain
skills, knowledge and motivation to
secure the opportunities to become
self-sufficient, and improve the quality of
community life.
Youth
After- School Program offers daily life skills
training, character education, drug and
violence prevention education, career
exploration, recreation, arts, library, academic
support, computer classes, Boys Scouts, Girl
Scouts, and community service.

Summer Day Camp offers eight weeks of
arts and culture, drug and violence
prevention education, recreation, field trips,
computer classes, and the READ program.

Adults
Parenting the Second Time Around is a
support for grandparents who take care of
their grandchildren or under age relatives.

Quality Time For Dads is a support for
non-custodial fathers to help them
re-establish and/or maintain a positive
relationship with their children.
Seniors

Senior Citizens can enjoy a hot lunch
and a friendly atmosphere for a variety
of recreational, social and educational
activities Monday – Friday, 11:30 a.m. -
12:00 p.m.



Community Prescription Support
Program
(CRxSP) helps the uninsured
and underinsured senior citizens obtain
free prescription medications.
Delta College
Delta College off-campus center provides
academic class offerings as well as financial
aid and admissions information.
